The Board of Directors consists of six (6) directors. The directors include three (3) directors who have been nominated from the Group A Shareholders (PTT) and three (3) directors who have been nominated from Group B Shareholders (PETRONAS).

             The Chairman of the Board shall hold the position for a term of three (3) years. The right to nominate Chairman of the Board shall rotate between Group A directors and Group B directors.”
